　　23日上午，在拜訪位于香港的瑞士信貸時，王石明確表示不會實(shí)行“毒丸計劃”，“按照寶能現(xiàn)有的股權(quán)，我認(rèn)為它進(jìn)董事會是遲早的事。”
　　Earlier on Wednesday, during a visit to Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, Vanke chairman Wang Shi said the company will not take any "poison pill" to fend off a potential takeover from Baoneng. Wang Shi said Baoneng is likely to join the board in the near future, given its large shareholding.
　　
　　王石還表示萬科愿意了解寶能的訴求，不希望與之發(fā)生沖突。
　　Wang added that Vanke would like to know Baoneng's demands and it wants to avoid any conflict between the two.
　　此外，中國證券監(jiān)督管理委員會回應(yīng)萬科股權(quán)大戰(zhàn)，只要合法合規(guī)，監(jiān)管部門不會干涉。
